We provide disaster response and call-out services where our alarm officers respond to different types of emergencies and disruptions. When an alarm goes off at our customer’s premises, one of our alarm officers will respond and act according to predetermined instructions at the site. This involves checking the interior and exterior of the customer’s premise.

Our officers are in constant contact with our control center and when need be, alert the fire department or the police. Our officer can also contact an on-call personnel such as an electrician in the case of electricity issue.

If a person is injured at the workplace, our security officers are trained to offer first aid until medical help arrives – we can also help with transportation.
